1 smoked mezzarella
1. Make a whole in the middle of your bread and crease around.
2. Brush with olive oil and place the mozzarella in the middle.
3. Add the sauce around and in the creases of the bread.
4. Grate the Gondino on top.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for w0 minutes or until a crispy crust forms on the bread and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, transfer to a plate, and serve hot, optionally with additional cheese on top.
