This is the only vegan cheese that melts perfectly on pizza (I use a special pizza oven that can reach more than 300 degrees). It can be used as normal cheese, don't need to add later during cooking. Its "blue" flavor is really enjoyable!

It has a very special taste, I think you need to like these kinds of normal cheeses to like this one. If you don't like this kind of normal cow cheese, this one will taste more chemical.
