Multi-legume Pasta is made with pea, bean, chickpea and lentil flours. It is tasty and nutritionally complete, very rich in protein and has a low carbohydrate content. It perfectly maintains an “al dente” texture after cooking.
From the seed to the table, our selection of Gluten Free pasta comes from the good Italian tradition of slow drying and bronze drawing production combined with naturally gluten-free organic flours.
