RETURN POLICY
VEGALIANO cannot accept returns of any soft boxed food items. If you are looking to make a return you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return. Any returned merchandise can only be accepted if it is in perfect resalable condition. Note that there will be a 5% or €10 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Vegaliano it's also not respond-able for any delay that depend from the shipping company. Vegaliano use third party courier as DPD to ship the and we can control how they manage their drivers. The only action we can do when this happen it's to make a complain with the shipping company and try to fix the issue.

VEGALIANO inspects and carefully packages each item, however there is a possibility of spoilage or damage while in transit to your home. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Please do not throw anything out or discard any items, as we may require the best by date or other codes from the package.
To help VEGALIANO to resolve any defective or damaged merchandise we may ask you to take a picture of the item and then email it to customer service. Depending on the specific issue, VEGALIANO may choose to offer a replacement product, a store credit, a credit to your order, or by any other means we feel appropriate.
Please allow up to 7 days for the claim to be processed.
