I was a bit careful about this one. But in the end it's a nice variation which adds great flavour. I can only recommend to at least give it a try (if you like truffle).

A product of great quality and taste , barely impossible to distinguish it from the dairy counterpart. Good with a glass of wine

This Parmezan alternative is divine! Definitely my favorite Gondino product! If only this product was available as a big wheel (for the most amazing pasta)!

Besides the fact that the delivery was easy, fast and with a suitable price a personal note was contained 😀
The product is outstanding and I will never miss real Parmesan again 😏
