      All of our products are 100% Vegan & made in Italy.

      Our Company is registered in Netherlands  with a warehouse in Rotterdam and a pop-up store located in Spain.

      If you’ve placed an order, you might be wondering: When will I receive it?

      You'll find all the details on this page, but if you have any additional questions, feel free to email us at customercare@vegaliano.com.

      Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. When your order ships, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number.

      We currently deliver our vegan Italian goodies to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.
      We’re working hard to expand our reach, but because we ship chilled and fresh goods, there are some shipping restrictions. Please read the details below:

      • Orders placed and paid before 9:30 AM, Monday–Thursday (Spain only) will be processed the same day.

      • Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

      Note: During special promotions or holidays, processing times may be longer.
      Also, for chilled goods, we only ship until Thursday to prevent packages from sitting in the courier’s facility over the weekend.

      Deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.

      FREE DELIVERY IN SPAIN

      We offer FREE delivery in Spain for orders over 99€.
      For smaller orders or shipments to other EU locations, please check shipping costs during checkout.

      HOW WE DELIVERY

      For chilled items:

      • In Spain, we ship via SEUR FRESCO-( Refrigerated truck service)

      • In other locations, we use DHL Express Worldwide (1–2 business day delivery)

      We use chill packs that keep your items cold for up to 48 hours. Chilled goods are packed in insulated bags and secured with protective stuffing to keep everything intact during transit.

      Our chill packs are food-safe and reusable! Just pop them in the freezer for your next picnic, lunch box, or drink cooler.
