Our company is registered in the Netherlands with warehouse located in Rotterdam.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Once your order has been dispatched an email displaying your track and trace number will be sent. We currently deliver our Vegan Italian goodies all over Netherlands and beyond! We want to get our Vegan Italian products to as many people as possible, but since we ship chilled and fresh goods there are some restrictions, please refer below:
Orders received and paid for before 11:30am Monday- Thursday will be processed the same day, all orders received after our cutoff time will be processed by the next business day.
Please note that processing time may be longer during special promotions or holidays. Please note, if you're ordering chilled goods, we only ship until Thursday to avoid getting your order stock over the week end at our currier’s shipping facility.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
We currently offer FREE DELIVERY in NL for all orders over 90€ & FREE DELIVERY in BE for all orders over €90. If you order less and are located in other EU locations, please refer below:

We ship to every postcode in the NL! Most post codes will have the option for next day delivery with DPD, or FEDEX - Remember if you have chilled goods in your basket we need to use DPD to get your order to you.

HOW WE DELIVERY
We ship chilled products with our courier DPD & FEDEX and they need to be sent via their premium delivery service to make sure everything arrives with you in perfect condition! This means your order will arrive with you the next day after shipping, or the second day after shipping if you're in a more remote area.
We use chill packs that stay cool for 48 hours, and we pack the chilled items in your order in insulated bags. We then make sure everything is packed safely within your box, along with paper stuffing to make sure nothing gets jostled :)
The chill packs are completely food safe and reusable! Just pop them in your freezer and you have a handy drinks, picnic or lunch box cooler.
