This cheese made me cry of happiness! After years of searching for plant based cheese that actually has a great cheese taste, I used this cheese (on my pizza) and cried of relief and happiness with the first taste! It is amazing! Just like traditional hard Italian cheese. I love it!
This gondino is by far our favourite parmesan alternative. It has a really nice, savoury, cheesy flavour. We generally put some on our pizzas en pastas, and it's really good in cashew-based cheese sauces as well. This big wheel lasted for months in our fridge, as do the other Gondino flavours. (Gondino Chilli is another favourite of ours.)
