      RETURN POLICY

      VEGALIANO cannot accept returns of any soft boxed food items. If you are looking to make a return you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the product to request a return. Any returned merchandise can only be accepted if it is in perfect resalable condition. Note that there will be a 5% or €10 restocking fee, whichever is greater. 

      1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Perishable Goods

      In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This includes all fresh food products.

      2. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

      It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. VEGALIANO  shall not be held liable for delivery failures resulting from:
      • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout;
      • Recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts;
      • Failure to collect the parcel from a pick-up point within the required timeframe.

      3. Damaged or Returned Perishable Goods

      If perishable goods are returned to our warehouse due to an error attributable to the Customer (such as an incorrect address), no refund will be issued. Due to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations, returned fresh products cannot be resold and are considered a total loss.
      Additionally, any original shipping fees, return-to-sender charges, or storage fees incurred will remain the responsibility of the Customer and will not be reimbursed 

       

      SHIPPING COST REFUND

      Vegaliano it's also not respond-able for any delay that depend from the shipping company. Vegaliano use third party courier as SEUR FRIO 13:30 to ship to Spain and Portugal and DHL Express to ship Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and we can't control how they manage their drivers. The only action we can do when this happen it's to make a complain with the shipping company and try to fix the issue.

      Products and shipping cost are not refundable in the case above. Contact our customer service and we can try to find a solution.

      DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

      VEGALIANO inspects and carefully packages each item, however there is a possibility of spoilage or damage while in transit to your home. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Please do not throw anything out or discard any items, as we may require the best by date or other codes from the package.

      To help VEGALIANO to resolve any defective or damaged merchandise we may ask you to take a picture of the item and then email it to customer service.  Depending on the specific issue, VEGALIANO  may choose to offer a replacement product, a store credit, a credit to your order, or by any other means we feel appropriate.

      Please allow up to 7 days for the claim to be processed.
