Vegan Pesto Baked Twirls
Indulge yourself in the delightful experience of enjoying pesto baked twirls that are generously filled with vegan mozzarella. Ingredients:
200g of Italian Pesto
150g Mezzarella (vegan mozzarella)
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 tps olive oil
Salt to taste
👩🍳 Method:
- Preheat the oven at 200°C
- Cut the sheet of puff pastry into squares
- Pour a tablespoon of pesto on each square
- Cut in small cubes the vegan mozzarella
- Add the little cubes on top of the squares of puff pastry
- Gently fold them and proceed by twisting each one
- Optional: Add seasoning to taste (salt) and olive oil
- Bake them in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown
