A roll of vegan croissant dough (I use the one from AH)
3 tbsp orange sweet spread from Vegaliano
Dark chocolate flakes Little soy milk
Cocao Hazelnut spread from Vegaliano
Roll out the croissant dough and press the seams closed. Let the orange spread au bai-marie soften so that it is easy to spread.
Cover the dough with the orange spread and divide some dark chocolate flakes over it. Roll up the dough again and cut into 6 pieces.
Place the 6 pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush them with some soy milk. And place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 to 14 minutes until they are nicely browned. After they have cooled, you can finish them with some melted chocolate, sweet spread (for sale at Vegaliano) and dark chocolate flakes Little soy milk
