Ingredients:2 to 3 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp chili flakes
Pinch salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 vegan burrata
10 gr fresh basil coarsely chopped
130 to 140 gr vegan pasta
Sauté lightly the onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes all at once, mix well except the burrata, add a little bit of fresh basil and place the mix in a preheated oven at 210 °C for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix a few times in between. Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Remove the vegetables from the oven and free the center of the dish and place through the vegan Burrata. Place back in the oven for 8 min.
Mix the cheese and vegetables together and add the cooked pasta and basil and mix well.
