Unfortunately, my order of Gondino cheeses arrived warm, and the package itself was also in very poor condition. I immediately contacted customer service and sent photos of the damaged package, but unfortunately I haven’t heard anything back since.

I understand that it is summer and that shipping chilled products can be more challenging. However, my previous order was shipped from the same country and arrived perfectly fine. This time, the order was shipped from Spain, and had I known this beforehand, I would definitely not have ordered so many products, as several items had to be thrown away.

I’m especially disappointed because Gondino is a product I really love and was happy to order in larger quantities. I simply expected the products to arrive in good condition and, at the very least, to receive a response when I reported the problem.

I hope the company will take this feedback seriously and improve both the shipping process and customer service.
