1 spaghettone pasta
2 Cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
handful of cherry tomatoes and cut up mushrooms
Gondino Truffle (grated)
1. Boil the pasta
2. Finely chop the two cloves of garlic and veggies.
3. Add all of them in a pan with olive oil and sautée.
4. Sprinkle the gondino cheese on top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in the pan until you reach a creamy, mushroomy consistency and the pasta is through, then transfer to a plate and serve hot, optionally with additional cheese on top.
