1 pack shredded smoked seitan
1 red bell pepper 1 green
1 handful of cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
1. Finely chop all the veggies.
2. Shred the seitan.
3. Add olive oil and veggies in a pan, let them cook and add seitan.
4. Season everything.
Cook until soft and tender, transfer to a plate and serve hot with a sprinkle of pepper and spring onion.
