- 1 pack of MascaRice
- 3 tbsp coconut milk (only the top part that is hard)
- some fresh brewed coffee with a splash of rum extract
- maple syrup
- vegan butter biscuits/vegan ladyfingers
- cocoa powder
- Combine the mascarpone cream with coconut milk and whip until smooth with some maple syrup.
- Brew coffee, combine with rum extract and soak the biscuits.
- Layer everything and top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for 24h and enjoy!✨
