100g Cherry tomatoes
2 Cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
Aged Gondino (Vegan Parmesan)
Salt and pepper
1. Take the asparagus, wash them, and clean them.
2. Finely chop the two cloves of garlic.
3. Place the asparagus in a baking tray.
4. Add the chopped garlic.
5. Add the previously sliced cherry tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle the gondino cheese on top.
7. Drizzle with oil.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until a crispy crust forms on the asparagus and cheese.
