Fondue with Vegan Italian Style Cheeses
Recipe by: Vegaliano
Serving Size: Serves 3–4, ideal for a cozy dinner, weekend aperitivo, or festive night in.
One of the biggest cravings we get when fall arrives is for warm dishes that bring comfort during a late-afternoon snack. So, we thought — what if we gathered our top vegan Italian cheese alternatives, bringing together the best of plant-based cheese craftsmanship, all melting into one pot with warm focaccia bites on the side?
When choosing the cheeses, we went for our beloved Gondino Smoked Vegan Aged Plant-based cheese for depth, the classic Gondino for that strong aged kick, vegan mozzarella for melty indulgence, and Vegan Burrata for smooth creaminess.
Fun Fact About Vegan Cheese: Vegan Italian cheeses like Gondino and Cashew Heart Burrata are made from natural ingredients such as cashews and chickpeas. Through fermentation and aging, they achieve authentic textures and flavors—proof that Italian tradition and plant-based innovation can beautifully coexist.
